Our plans for Southsea propose to sensitively and sympathetically refurbish the existing building and provide a varied mix of uses, with options to include:
- THIS Workspace – delivering creative and versatile new office space – including meeting rooms and hot desks
- Entrance, communal space and breakout space – to include additional meeting spaces and a coffee bar
- Brand new event spaces – available for members and general public use
- Reactivated ground floor street frontages on Palmerston Road – this could include retail, restaurants, bars, cafes and ‘pop-ups’
The aim at the heart of our plans is to breathe new life into Knight & Lee Building, creating a destination to meet, shop, eat, drink and work.
What is THIS Workspace?
THIS Workspace creates flexible and innovative workspaces for people within destination developments. Our combined experience means we can acquire, build, design and operate, giving us the foresight to see the opportunities ahead. In doing so, we create aspirational and flexible spaces to work, for an ever-growing group of entrepreneurs and businesses looking for opportunities to collaborate and grow. Whether looking for an initial ‘work bench’, a dedicated desk or studio space, THIS Workspace will create vibrant new office workspace within in the heart of Southsea, creating renewed interest and increased footfall.
